Who is First Call For Help/211?

We are a non-profit organization established in 1974 as an agency providing free, confidential and non-judgemental active listening, information/resources/referrals, and crisis intervention services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

What Roles Does a Volunteer Play?

Volunteers are critical to our agency as a man-power asset that assists in updating resources, identifying new resources in our community, manning our agency booth at community events, and through this create immediate impact on individuals and families in need.

What Does This Commitment Look Like?

On-board training session of 2 hours, Once a week for 2 hours/4 hours per month, A commitment of 3 months.
